CRITERIA FOR ROUND ONE INSTRUCTIONAL DANCE STAFF
  1. Review the data sheet to make sure that American Dance/Drill Team® is what you are looking for and you are willing to give 100% of your efforts to your position.
     
  2. Complete your application below answering all questions thoroughly. Please be sure to email us a current full length photo in JPEG format with your information or enclose a photo with your other materials.
     
  3. Submit a VHS video tape. Your video must contain two items for review - 1 - You performing a routine that shows off your technique and/or original choreography and 2 - a short segment (4-6 eight counts) of you teaching or demonstrating your teaching skills. 
     
  4. Also include, or have sent to us, at least one recommendation letter. 
     
  5. Please include three references from at least one of the following: high school drill team director, dance teacher, or college dance team director. 
     
  6. Submit your application online, mail to us your VHS video, recommendation letter, references and photo to our offices by March 15th in order to be considered for round two of the interview process. No late applications will be considered.
     
  7. Wait for your phone call to set up a personal interview or phone interview, after April 1.

Your application will not be considered as complete until all material 
listed above has been submitted to our office in addition to this online application.
